get some sun on a river rock in the cool mountain waters.
Enjoy a picnic by
the river and then let the sound of rushing waters lull you to sleep in your
riverside hammock.
If you wish you can try fly-fishing right outside your
back door, tube or kayak along the river,
or just rock the day away with a
good book to the peaceful sounds of the river.
River Dreams is located just minutes from Downtown Ellijay where you can
enjoy dining and shopping.
Rates are $150 per night plus tax for up to four (4) guests, each additional
guest above four (4), age of one year or older, $15 per night plus tax
Weekly rates are $900 plus tax, plus each additional guest above (4) , age
one or older, $95 per week per person plus tax
Cleaning fee $75, $5 for each additional guest above (4), ages one year or
older
Two night minimum stay on non-holidays
Three night minimum stay for New Years, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor
Day, and month of October
Four night minimum stay for Thanksgiving and Christmas
Pets Always Stay Free!
A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required when making reservations. The
balance will be due fourteen (14) days prior to arrival date. Deposits will
be returned for cancellations made more than twenty-one (21) days to arrival
date minus a $30 cancellation fee. No refund offered for cancellations made
twenty-one (21) days or less to arrival date.
